- Heartstoppers should now find that any puppets/dolls they possess
of the last person to damage them will disappear at heartstop time.
This had been doing the reverse, but we believe it to be ok now.

- Dragons 'helping' us by experimenting with oddities in the way their
health can be made to rise indefinitely - thank you so much for your
'help.' We believe we have remedied this as well, so that incon-
sistencies related to lesserforming, qq vs. closing your client,
and the like (all carefully discovered by helpful dragons in order
to report to the Weaver, of course) - all those inconsistencies
should now be at an end.

- CITY GUARD LIST should now show more meaningful names.

- ANGEL-related abilities should now work for those who use UPPER
CASE commands.

- those who are not clan heads should find it impossible to create
referenda.

- CTFs, with or without Eyes variant, should now disallow the holding
of more than one flag per person at any one time.
