- a new CONFIG option - CONFIG NOTIMEOUTWARN - is now in place.
All will now be warned when only 1 minute remains before timing out,
UNLESS they have set CONFIG NOTIMEOUTWARN ON, which will suppress
the timeout warning altogether. We recommend that you never do this,
but some wish the option, so there you go!

- the situation where praying for salvation means that your soul
cannot be resurrected has been changed so that it ONLY applies if
your death was directly at the hands of another adventurer. If you
die from bleeding, or misadventure, or at the hands of a denizen of
Achaea, you may still be resurrected even if you pray.
