Cowardice has recently changed so that the most aggressive denizens
are resistant to it.

Along similar lines, as a policy clarification: it is NOT illegal or
forbidden to use cowardice or other similar means to forced multiple
summoned beings into the same location.

In the case of bloodworms, it will have no effect anyway, as only
one bloodworm ever can cause harm in a single location.

Other similar entities may be adapted to follow such restrictions in
the future, if needed, but for now, they are not.
