Formerly, issues regarding being forced to give blisses, earthshields,
and other beneficial acts that took away equilibrium/balance without
consent have been dismissed and the issuer advised to seek IC
resolution.

Following recent discussion regarding raised concerns, please note this
change: such acts of force will be treated exactly the same as normal
attacks. That is, anyone (not open PK) who is forced by another to do
something that removes equilibrium/balance may issue or pursue IC
resolution. This is not retroactive.
