The next city vs. city Capture the Flag / CTF contest is now scheduled
for GMT - 2 AM Sunday, 28 November, 2004. This translates to 9 PM on
Saturday, 27 Nov US - Eastern time, or 6 PM US - Pacific.

The outcome of this contest will determine who shall possess the
Effigy of Victory until the next event of its kind.

The duration of the event shall be 2 Achaean days, as usual.

Take note that this time slot is different from most earlier CTFs.
