I've been reliably informed by those who travel between this reality and
another that there is a contest of momentous proportions taking place in
this other reality soon involving someone named "Shrub" and someone
named "Gary" or something. Apparently it's quite the hot topic and
there's a lot of tension over who will win this contest.

So, because I'm the sort of All-Powerful Omnipotent Diety who likes to
give other realities a helping hand, we're going to try to create a
little good karma to throw at this other reality.

In plain Achaean then: until the winner of the United States
Presidential race is decided, by either concession speech or by the
court system (as seems more likely, sadly, regardless of who is declared
the winner), credits will get a 10% bonus and artifacts will be reduced
in price by 10%.
