A clarification related to totems and private/grove property.

HELP PKRULES has been amended in section 7. See new item (e). Former
items (e) and (f) are now (f) and (g)!

HELP PKCAUSE has also been amended in section 13.

In summary: planting a totem for someone on that person's private
property and/or grove is fine, pretty much like planting a totem in
an organisation's property, aka ORG PROP.

Private property pretty much covers stockrooms and private homes.
Groves should be obvious. They are covered by this rule although they
are not exactly the same as private property.
