The new language system is now in place.

What this means for you, at present, is not much!
It does mean that you may hear denizens speaking in languages
that you did not expect.

It also means that certain abilities that allow you to listen in
to conversations, such as grove watch, listen/eavesdrop, puppet
listen, mind listen, worm resonance, and similar - all of these
should be checked carefully to make sure nothing has changed for
the worse.

We changed literally hundreds of things to make this happen, so
we're being extra careful to check things and make sure that nothing
goes wrong.

Besides denizens speaking languages, this system also includes
support for partial comprehension. In other words, language won't
just be a yes or no, "got it" or "it's gibberish" thing any more.
