Please note this recent and very important change: fashioning a
puppet or doll is now considered an attack, with all that this
implies.

Changes to HELP PKCAUSE and HELP THEFT are there to support this
change.

In short, fashioning or possessing a doll without already having
cause against the target, like any other attack, gives the right
to seek IC resolution, to kill the possessor/fashioner, or to issue.

Similarly with theft: ALL puppet/doll fashioning or use is a
forbidden attack, unless you have cause against your victim.
