Several changes have been collected over the past Achaean months
for this report

- CONFIG NAMETELLS ON|OFF - when off, this requires that all of your
tells begin with the word TELL.
- EVENT STATUS now accurately reflects bandersnatch and egghunt
- Dragons changing forms will retain health/mana/will/end at approx
the same percentage levels as before the change.
- guides will not see non-newbie enter/exit (guides will know what
this is talking about and have already seen the change)
- restrictions on gambling 'free lessons' made more consistent.
- impale death messages straightened out.
- angel strip messages straightened out.
- virtually all baalzadeen- and angel-related ability messages moved
to a new, more consistent system.
- limit on barracks improvements made consistent at 3.
- tekura messaging system related to learning revamped.
- overfull containers will tell you why a PUT x IN y attempt fails
- almost complete revamping of look/look in/look at
- engage should now be broken when leaving arena.
- rite of banishment now respects presence of the minion.
- loss of your mount, or being dismounted, should terminate blocking.
- evileye breach appears differently when encountering no curseward.
- aggressive acts vs. an adventurer with the pacified affliction (not
the administrative punishment) should lift the pacification.
- dopplegangers should no longer result in odd prompting.
- several ab file changes/updates and helpfile modifications
- angel ward now more effective.
