The Weave changes and the world must know of it!

- certain abilities in voicecraft will now properly fail if the
practitioner of the art is short of mana or will
- crystalhome will no longer work if you are dead.
- groves are almost completely unusable if exterminated, excepting
that grove unify and grove sever may continue to operate, depending
on the grove's status
- extermination will end various ongoing grove effects, including,
but not limited to, barrier, entangle, exorcise, dampen, thorns,
hypercure, and rain
- successful aiming should no longer be accompanied by incongruous
indications of not being able to see the target.
- razeslash/rsl now clearly uses one of the two different wielded
weapons for razing and the other for slashing.
- gravity vibes now pull both chariot and rider down to earth
- mind sapience should no longer survive loss of mind lock
- evileye asthman and curses asthma now strip fitness first, if fitness
be present
- a wayward shallamite sewer exit exists no longer
