More Weaving to report -
- numerous problems with portal wands sorted out.
- grounding vibrations will no longer embed if caster isn't at ground
- those out of phase with the rest of us cannot see city improvements
- strange attempts to joust or ram oneself are now impossible
- the RL command is now a shortcut for "RM -1"
- thrown weapons now damage targets in same location as thrower
