Classlead fixes:

SUBTERFUGE:
- You can now evade inside subdivisions.
- Phased persons will now receive a notification when their
ghosting or cloaking wears off.

PRANKS:
- Suicide mice now take 3 months to train.
- The backflip ability moved up so novices will be able to get it.

WOODLORE:
- You can now throw axes if you have returning and selfishness on.

CRYSTALISM:
- If a devotional water parting ends, grouding vibes will disappear.
- The VIBES command changed a bit while you're flying.
- Occultism timewarp and grove dampen will hit reverberation first.

CHIVALRY:
- You will now be notified if your warhawk changes into a regular
falcon.

Any problems should be reported with the BUGS command. Any tweaks
or additions should be reported to your classlead.
