Snubbing has somewhat wider effects -
- it stops directed emotes (hug <person>)
(this also works for partial name matches now)
- it stops say to <yourname>
- you won't even hear the snubbed person speak in fact,
nor will you see undirected emotes at all
(though others may, if they have not snubbed the person)
