Arenas have been changed to start their events automatically. The
default delay is 5 minutes after the event has been initialized.

You can configure the delay with:
ARENA SETUP <arena> DELAY <2-5>

As you can see the range is from 2 to 5 minutes.

Please note that Arena will be reset if the initiator logs off
before the event is actually started.
