Numerous small changes:

- New artifact pipes are available in the same Moghedu Artifact
store as current pipes and all those beautiful vials!

- vodun/puppet summon will now more clearly identify who did the
summoning.

- rites of revitalization will now not affect the dead. Yes, that's
correct, they are ONLY for the living.

- Reflections should now be respected in more situations. In addition,
a new, hopefully clearer set of messages has been crafted to
show this.

- HELP RIDDLE has been updated with examples, and RIDDLE HISTORY now
permits you to specify which riddle entry you want to see, rather
than all.
