The effects of a holocaust globe, as it falls on verdant forest,
are in fact literally identical to an "extermination." Thus, whether
the formerly-green spot was exterminated via the skill of similar
name, or via a holocaust globe, the end result is identical, for the
purposes of this change at least, and all arenas will now remove the
exterminated status at the end of any event.
