This new command, HERALDRYWHO, will list all registered bearers of
arms, with the descriptions of their arms as well.

Several other interesting features are contemplated for the coming
months, including honours' lines for heralds and those who have
registered arms, and a translator from heraldic terminology into
something akin to modern Achaean.
