The much loved ability to "arenawatch" someone has been restored. We
took it out years ago because it impacted the system's performance so
heavily but I've redone it in a way that shouldn't be a problem.
Unfortunately, there is one limitation that I had to place on the
system: Only one person may arena watch another at any time.

So check it out. You just go to the spectator room of an arena and
'arenawatch <someone in that arena>'. You do have to be on that person's
ally list.

For those who don't know, arenawatch blocks out basically everything you
might normally see, and instead lets you see both everything the person
you're watching inputs, as well as -everything they see-. So basically,
you're looking through that person's eyes. Being damaged will bring you
out of arenawatching, as will 'unwatch'.
