We've clarified the rules about private property in HELP PKCAUSE.
Specifically, rule 9 now makes it clear that trespassing gives cause
to a group (in cases of trespassing on group property) and gives cause
to a single person (in cases of trespassing on private property).

The rules were always intended to express this and now we hope they
are that much clearer.
