The reason that there's only one runner-up in the artists contest isn't
a slight on the Merit winners. It's a function of the fact that Ikiepu's
painting of Ralph Mercadia, and Elrithralia's anime-style Runewarden
series were so good that I felt they pushed the bar up this month a lot.
