The output of the CONFIG command has been updated slightly, to show
a bit more detail.

A new syntax, SLIT WRIST OVER <container> (see HELP SLIT) has also
been added. Think of the possibilities!

Players under level 30 will now no longer be able to take things from
stockrooms. Exception: you own the stockroom/shop, or you have a
substantial amount of play time (over 100 hours).
