Sangre Plains and Petra

Two new areas have gone in today:
The Sangre Plains and the Village of Petra.
You'll also find there's something new in the Granite Hills (the help
file hints at it).

I'm doing this as an OOC announce post because ICly, you all already
know about the Sangre Plains (which are talked about in help files and
on the official, albeit outdated, map), and the village of Petra, which
has existed in the Sangre plains for quite some time.

You'll find that there are multiple ways into the Sangre plains, from
the Granite Hills, Urubamba river, and Prelatorian highway. Petra is
mid/low level and Sangre is mainly empty. Petra has a bunch of small
quests too that may be good for lowbies.

Enjoy! Please bug anything you find wrong with those areas and make sure
to include the keyword 'sangre' or 'petra'.

Penned by my hand on the 14th of Daedalan, in the year 358 AF.
