The DEFEND ability is now fully functional, along with its
counterpart UNDEFEND.

For those of you with the ability, note that it does intercept
damage from mobile and player sources, but only cutting and
blunt.

I'd like to clarify one thing which may not be clear from the
above. DEFEND only intercepts damage (and only certain kinds).
It does not, for example, intercept the broken limb implicit in
a shatter, and it does not intercept afflictions generally.
