We are still trying to get really easy to remember terms for
everything we do, so be patient! For now, here's what we have:

FULL PK - That's the Underworld. In the Underworld, which is a
'full pk' area, you may not issue for anything that happens there.
PK CAUSE is gained there, though.

FREE PK - That's the war zone in moghedu right now. This is not
the same as full pk. In this free pk war zone, nobody gains or
extinguishes pk cause, and there may be no issuing related to deaths
there.

We're still looking for terms that are clear and concise and easy
to remember. In the meantime, that's where we are.
