As most (hopefully everyone past the newbie stage) knows, when you hire
an assassin or champion to kill someone, it is exactly as if you
yourself are killing that person. Lately some assassins/champions have
been colluding with others, paying others to hire them for a specific
kill. Of course, since the person doing the hiring has no valid PK
reason and is doing this in a completely pre-meditated way, punishments
will be extremely harsh, ranging up to shrubbing for such an offence.

Consider yourself warned: If an assassin or champion tries to get you to
hire him/her for something you have no PK reason for, that person is not
your friend. He or she is intentionally taking actions that he/she knows
are likely to get you seriously punished by the administration.
