Today we have added a new and very inexpensive artifact:
a top hat!

As the notes in HELP ARTIFACTS describe it:

- This beautiful top hat has various interesting properties.
It is a container, and it holds 75 items: put what you want into it.
When you look in it, all you see is if it's empty or not.
When you try to take anything out, the result is random,
meaning that any items in the hat may come out.
THINK OF THE POSSIBILITIES!

For those of you who have asked - yes, if you keep taking
things out, you will eventually remove everything you put
in. The magical top hat neither creates nor destroys things!
