Methinks some people either think that HELP TITLES is not serious or
just don't care. We've lately been permanently removing the ability of
people to set titles (their own or others) for the setting of OOC or
excessively silly or inappropriate titles. Remember, if someone asks you
to change their title to something inappropriate, -you- are the one who
will have your privilege removed for doing it.
