Contracts have changed somewhat recently:
- they now have an expiration. by default, 30 RL days.
- they now can be cancelled by the assassin/champion,
in which case fees due, if any, are forfeited.
(assassin/champion: use CANCEL CONTRACT xx)
- contracts are now automatically cancelled on quitting the mark.
