New Rapture

We've gotten reports of some people having trouble since the upgrade.
I'm looking into it. In the meantime, the couple of major problems are:

Problem: Sometimes garbage shows up when asking for my password
initially.
Workaround: Newer versions of Zmud do not have this problem. Even so,
reconnecting seems to make this go away.

Problem: QW/BWHO (and some other commands) sometimes 'lag out' without
showing the complete text.
Workaround: Simply hitting return (or any command) should get the rest
of the text to appear.

Problem: Sometimes when logging out, it does not display the goodbye
messages.
Workaround: Ignore this. *G* You are logged out fine, it's just not
showing you the text.

For each of these, I'm working on fixes, and appreciate your patience.
Also, you don't need to file a bug report if you experience one of these
problems (we've got plenty).
