Small updates have gone in to the HELP PKCAUSE andHELP PKRULES.

The general idea of these is to clarify the case of
totems on personal property and groves, and the case of
city enemies invading a city, being attacked by city defenders,
and then the city defenders being assisted in some way.

The relevant sections are HELP PKCAUSE 7 (b) and 8, and
HELP PKRULES 7 (c) and (e).
