Groves should now unify automatically, and instantly, at
the end of arena contests.

Both unsharpened and sharpened quarterstaves should now
properly allow you to 'bash' with them (bash rat, e.g.).

As before, only a sharpened quarterstaff should allow
the use of 'stab.'
