Some strange weather has been noticed lately. In trying to reduce the
frequency of blizzards that the system seems to produce in some places I
seem to have actually increased it a LOT in other places. To fix it I
had to stop all precipitation everywhere suddenly just now, as some of
you no doubt noticed.

I'm hoping to re-visit the blizzard issue in the near future but I'm
burned out on weather for now and trying to remember how humidity,
temperature, beta values, continent-wide fronts, times of the year,
times of day, cloud cover, and so on affect everything.

On an other note, you're going to be seeing a lot of (generally minor)
skill tweaks and additions this week as we're going through the class
lead reports. Unfortunately, we got no report from the monks' class
lead. He's been replaced with Koralin.
