HELP ISSUES has been updated recently in several important ways.
For ISSUES related to our laws about killing
and thievery and so forth, we'd like you to take note:
- We hope that you will try reasonable IC (in character)
options to resolve your problems first. That means work
something out. Cut a deal. Bring political pressure to
bear (in guild, clan, city, order, whatever).
- If you still file an ISSUE, we may ask you to describe
what you have done, IC, before you issued.
- Issues filed without a good explanation may be rejected
out of hand.
For other ISSUES, where you have learned that shouting
for an immortal or divine is NOT the thing to do, if the
situation is serious enough, then ISSUE ME and tell us
about it.
There is a great deal more in HELP ISSUES. We recommend
you read it carefully.
It's there so we can concentrate and the truly difficult
situations and spend our limited resources as
wisely as possible so everybody can get the most and
best customer service we can give.
Penned by my hand on the 25th of Chronos, in the year 349 AF.
