It is time for another city-based Capture the Flag to determine who will
hold the Effigy of Victory next. We will hold this one at 1 am GMT sharp
this coming Sunday the 16th. Note that this means it's -Saturday- for
those of us in the New World. Specifically, that's 5 pm on the US West
Coast, and 8 pm on the US East coast, and 9 am on Sunday in Sydney.

This is a run-up to Year 350 festivities, which are just around the
corner!
