Some changes

1. You can't combat spar someone more than 200 points higher or lower
than you in rating. This is a change from the 400 point limit previously
and was done to make it harder to abuse the system.
2. You'll find that aggressive mobs will initiate an attack against you
more quickly now though you'll really only notice it with mobs that
attack very quickly, like Ugrach.
3. Player corpses will no longer be auto-gotten, in accordance with the
referendum we held on this a few weeks ago. Further, as we announced,
-no PK- rights result from picking up a player corpse. We have deemed
that nobody owns a player corpse. So, if someone picks up Bob's corpse
and refuses to give it back to be res'd, Bob has no PK. Similarly, if
Pete kills Bob and one of Bob's comrades picks up the corpse, Pete has
no PK on Bob's comrade.
Penned by my hand on the 23rd of Phaestian, in the year 348 AF.
