So our ISP told us again tonight that they needed to reboot their
outside connections to the world. 120 seconds. Riiiigghht. 2 hours
later, the connections are back up. I really don't know what to say. I
can't blame it on them as the buck stops with us.

In any case, we are evaluating our options and will, as always, try to
do whatever is best for Achaea. Again, I am incredibly embarassed about
the unscheduled downtimes the last 2 days and I can't apologize enough.

Incidentally, this should REALLY convince some of you NOT to turn
'timeout' off. We put 'timeout' in specifically to avoid having you sit
online while dead and while not able to connect to Achaea (such as
tonight. Achaea was up but the connection to it was not).
