A problem with ringmail has recently been resolved.
Some monks have found that they are able to wear
ringmail, despite the notice in HELP ARMOUR that
seems to indicate otherwise.

Now this is no longer the case. Ringmail should not be,
and is not, wearable to the Monk or Magi class.

Monks, if you were wearing ringmail, you should no
longer be doing so.
