Several minor errors have been corrected in both
HELP PKRULES and HELP PKCAUSE. In addition, both
have now been clarified to show that INSULTS grant
cause to the victim for two Achaean _months_.

For those who noticed, there was a discrepancy for
a time which was resolved briefly, but in the
wrong direction! That has now been rectified.
