1. You can't kneel or dive without balance/eq now.
2. Guild secretaries won't be able to withdraw more than 15k gold per
Achaean month. This places a reasonable limit on how much damage a
dishonourable secretary can do to a guild via theft.
3. Gaining a mind lock will generally be a faster process now.
4. Increased the effect of a mind print.
5. A mind lock on a person should generally last a bit longer now.

All you monks (and everyone else) keep in mind that how long a lock
lasts is somewhat random but is affected by the monk's current mana vs.
your current mana as well as the monk's level in telepathy vs. your
level in philosophy, plus abilities like mind cloak (helps monk),
telesense (helps you), etc.
