I made a change to plants tonight: All plants will grow on a sort of
'constant' basis like some of them did before. No plants will just grow
on the 1st of Sarapin anymore. I've also changed the code so that we can
vary the rate at which plants grow, and I've increased bloodroot and
kola growth rates.
