To clarify two earlier posts, which were quite clear
already (announces 1251 and 1299) - when pocketbelts
decay, the things in them do not get automatically
moved to the rift. In fact, they are lost forever.

Please be warned: move things out of pocketbelts
and into the rift WELL in advance of any chance
of decay.
