Note that HELP THIEVERY has been updated and that thieving from people
inside an Arena is now strictly prohibited. The reason for this should
be pretty obvious, but in case it's not, it's simply because it's sort
of unfair to allow people to suffer that kind of thing in a situation
where the victim has no reasonable expectation of losing anything.
