The Underworld is a very dangerous place, and just got more dangerous:
PK rules don't apply in the Underworld. You may attack someone at any
time for any reason you wish while in the Underworld. That person can,
of course, take revenge later outside of the Underworld, but you cannot
be validly issued for PK activities while in the Underworld. Enjoy!
