Pk rule #4 has been changed slightly. If a forest type attacks a forest
enemy for being in the forest, the attacker is open to revenge, unlike
in cities.

Pk rule #7 has been clarified slightly to specifically point out that
attacking someone for Landmarking leaves you open to revenge.
