I've made a change to topguilds. It now includes a score that is
directly based off of how many non-novice guild members voted for us on
Topmudsites the previous day. HELP TOPGUILDS explains topguilds now.

I've also changed it so that you get reminded the first time you log in
during a 24 hour period to vote if you haven't voted yet. It used to be
a couple seconds after the first time you gained xp, which doesn't make
sense anymore since you don't get rewarded for voting.

Listen, I totally understand that some people just find the voting thing
annoying. That's cool. We're not going to chop off anyone's head for not
doing it, though we hope you will as it really is important for us. It
sends us a lot of newbies by virtue of us being #1 there.

The addition of the votes to topguilds is just so that guilds can, if
thye want, encourage their members to vote. Please note though that this
shouldn't mean constant pestering or reminding.
