change to mob combat

I've made a fairly significant change to player vs. mobile combat.
Mobiles above a certain level now have a chance of using shield tattoos
when their health falls too low. The chance increases the more powerful
the mob, but only mobs that are sentient will use them. So no lizards
with shield tattoos.

Further, I've altered the xp formula such that mobs that can use shield
tattoos will be worth more xp than previous, with higher level mobs
getting a larger xp bonus than mid or lower level ones.

Because mobs can use shields I've also enabled player vs. mob hammer
tattoos. So, your hammer tattoo will now work on mobs. Enjoy!
