We have written new rules covering thievery. Read them, for any thieving
after this post falls under them. HELP THIEVERY.

Basically, thieves who don't also have PK rights are not allowed to
restrain, move, or afflict a victim, and if the victim fights back, it
is NOT an excuse to "defend" the thief if you are a friend of the thief.

We woud have preferred not to put these in, but some people can't help
but push the line on anything they can. You know who those people are.
Blame them.
