1. Sileris will no longer show up on your prompt. It's for the same
reason as the next change...
2. Checking your defences will now require that you have eq and balance
and will use up about half a second of equilibrium. (Both #1 and #2 are
to help lessen the advantage provided by some triggering systems.)

3. People without any class (haha) can now wear up to and including
chainmail. It's not a big deal for nearly anyone who plays Achaea
seriously, but I fi gurd, why not throw the classless a bone.
