Both Azdun and Genji have opened their stables, selling fantabulous
legendary steeds. If these steeds don't meet your needs, rumour has it
that more legend steeds will appear *very* soon! Not only that, but the
Lord of the Hunt has made available the Collars of Lupus, which will
make any steed permanent (resetting to you) at a very reasonable price
(available at the miscellaneous artifact shop in Delos). Not only that,
but these collars work on falcons and snakes! Can it get any better than
this?
